These photo’s were taken on Friday, showing cars parked outside the area stated on the planning application, when the official car park was empty. Chorley Borough Council have been told by the Local Goverment Ombudsman’s office that they have recieved a formal complaint regarding planning application 08/00553/FUL (go-ape). This application was put through Delegated Powers and controlled throughout its process by JANE MEEK,and finished up with her signing the final planning permission.
