The book has plenty of information about Lever’s early life, his plans for Lever Park and the background to the disputes with Liverpool Corporation. By a strange quirk the book was reviewed on BBC Radio 4′s A Good Read today and was recommended by Patricia Routledge. Here’s the link to the radio program on the BBC’s iPlayer
