Rivington Parish Council met on Monday evening (19th Jan) and amongst the items discussed an update was given on the situation regarding the Go-Ape site. The Ombudsman’s report is still awaited, as is a response from Parliament (Hazel Blears office) on the 1902 Liverpool Corporation Act.
