Well we attended the meeting, and what a waste of time. We where allowed 3 minutes to ask a question (which we had to provide 2 working days before the meeting), then the Leader of the Council responded with a prepared reply. We weren't allowed to respond to his reply.
Then we could ask a supplementary question (but only in the time left over from the original 3 minutes). The Leader of the Council again gave a reply, and again we weren't allowed to respond.

We were not allowed any form of dialogue. (not very democratic if you ask me).
I accept that there must be some sort of time scale, but this is ridiculous. There was approx 47 Councillors in attendance and none of them with the exception of the Leader could make comment.
In all a very boring meeting with no outcome.........
