When this planning app is submitted will Chorley Council put it on their planning website for the general public to view or will they as they say in the small print "For reasons of confidentiality Chorley Borough Council , may choose not to display certain planning applications"
Could be very interesting !!

We have just recieved notification that the Local Government Ombudsman still haven't completed their investigation and will contact us again in the near future.
Also the Information Commissioners Office have also this week contacted us to set out the format of their investigation.
I am aware that some members are concerned that we have not been having a meeting. I can fully understand their concerns, but I can assure everyone that when we have something possitive to put before them,a meeting will be called without hesitation.
Since we recieved the LGO provisional view in July, we sent a strong letter of rejection followed by 14 letters of concern accompanied with letters of support from Lindsay Hoyle's office.
If these letters of concern are ignored, then it's time to seriously consider for what purpose the LGO exist.
I always believed that the Ombudsman was there to support the right and correct the wrong, believe me that is not how it works.
But I'm a firm believer that if you bang hard and long enough on a door, somebody will eventually answer it.
