Chorley didn't even mange to do that! Indeed, United utilities are taking the Go Ape money and actively running down the rest of the park (for example by closing the information centre except at weekends). Meanwhile the Go Ape money gets creamed off into United Utilities shareholders dividend. These schemes are simply ways of making money for councils.The fact that it is so expensive to use these facilitys proves this.Good Luck to EastLeigh in their fight.As for Eastleigh council,they should hang their heads in shame for wanting to destroy the countryside in their greedy quest for money.
