They’re at it again

When go-ape submitted their planning application, they provided a nine page supporting document to the planning department.
On page 8 of the document they state that the course will be open between dawn and dusk during the summer. Why are they taking bookings throughout November?
British summer time starts on the last Sunday in March, and ends on the last Sunday in October.
Is this another statement by go-ape that the Council is going to ignore.
They have stated SUMMER and that should be it, if the Council allow them to breach this condition then what next, Christmas opening and then before you know it, the course will be open almost throughout the year.
It’ about time the Council stood up against the go-ape hierarchy, and for once stood up for the tax payers of the Borough and the supporters of Lever Park.
We’ve lodged a complaint with the Council, and it is being dealt with by Mr Peter Willacy.
If anyone wants to make contact with him over this matter, his email address is peter.willacy@chorley.gov.uk
On page three of the same document they state that a maximum flow of 14 participants will start the course every half hour.
Why is the Council allowing go-ape to advertise bookings of 20 participants per session.
Is anyone at the Council offices keeping a check on what this lot are doing.
This also has been lodged as a complaint.
It’s about time that Councillors of the Borough reminded the planning officers who they represent, and make some attempt to repair the trust that has been seriously damaged.
Well we got the answer from the Council that we expected.
Somebody shouted **** and they jumped on the shovel.

Even Confucius would have been confused with this lot.
From recent observations it would appear that Go-Ape are CLOSED Monday to Friday and only open at weekends. Is this their winter schedule or not? It still does not comply with original planning app.
Alan.
Somebody conveniently didn’t include closure times in the planning conditions.
I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.
