From day one I have considered the health and safety aspects of the course to be questionable. The HSE have constantly ignored complaints and warnings from the public, none more so than during the construction phase.
There would appear to be two sets of criteria when it comes to safety. I will again reiterate, that in my everyday work duties, were I to expose the general public to the same risks as Go Ape are with aspects of their course, my activities would be suspended and I would probably be prosecuted and fined. However I haven't got the weight of a multi national company and an all powerfull council behind me. I rest my case, but suggest that Mike complains to all concerned including the HSE
