I have just emailed Go-Ape regarding that section of wall-it gets worse every time we go past.
I`ve seen countless groups scrambling over the wall and it is now a health and safety issue, in my opinion someone is going to injure themselves as it is unstable.
We saw the new “enhancements” on sunday -it`s because they rushed to complete and used whatever was to hand i.e leaf mould, bits of tree and the cheap crappy wood,it`s all moving and rotting down!
I also mentioned that for the last 2 weeks the sign warning horse riders on the main bridle way has been on the floor-again health and safety-do they check the course every day? Well no it`s quite obvious they don`t otherwise the sign would not be on the floor.I have asked for a reply within 5 working days .I`m not holding my breath!
I have had a reply to the email which I`ve copied below.
Dear Ms Holroyd
Thank you for taking the time to write to us with your observations whilst visiting Lever Park.
We understand your concerns over the vandalism of the Horse and Rider warning sign. I have discussed the problem with the manager and we appreciate the vigilance of the park users. The presence of the sign will be checked on a regular basis. The police are keen to stop the localised vandalism in the area, so any information you can supply is greatly appreciated.
Following the point you raise about the damaged wall, I have requested the site manager contact United Utilities and the planning officer to discuss a suitable way ahead.
Thank you, once again, for bringing these matters to our attention.

I`m just wondering who WILL actually do something about the damaged wall and when,no doubt if someone puts a personal injury claim in against all of them ,maybe one of them will actually step up and repair it and take responsibility.
