I almost sure that I have seen Ms Donna Hall on correspondence, so It might be worthwhile contacting the Cheif Executive on the following e-mail address donna.hall@chorley.gov.uk Chorley also provide the minutes secretary who's name should be available from Councillor Ronson, it should also be noted that this group must be funded in one form or another through public funds and therefore the minutes should be made available for public viewing.
