1902 Liverpool Corporation Act

If anyone hasn’t already done so, then I urge you to contact AZHAR.SYED@gonw.gsi.gov.uk
and express your concerns over the 1902 Liverpool Corporation Act (section 21) and the wording “Free and uninterrupted enjoyment by the public”.
If the development goes through, the Park will no longer be free and your freedom to go where you want will be restricted.
The wording of the Act has never been changed since it was put in place in 1902.
