Thank you to everyone who turned up for the public demonstration, the turn-out was excellent.
It makes a bigger mockery of Chorley Council’s interpretation of ( No opposition ).

I’d estimate two or three hundred people were out this afternoon. What do you think?
Looking at the statistics for the website, we registered our 10,000th visitor today (since the website started at the beginning of October). Today alone we had over 600 visitors to the site, and more people will visit before the end of today.
Thanks David, those figures are really encouraging.
We estimated over 300 on the march, plus 15 horses and riders.
It was good to see childeren involved too.

Well what a fantastic turn out.My 8 year old really enjoyed himself -more so when he saw himself on Granada news!
Please keep us posted as to when the next protest is.
This needs as much publicity as can be mustered to keep the momentum going.I am willing to post leaflets to make people aware of what is happening to Rivington in my local area (Horwich) or any other ideas to gain support.
Have you any idea when the march on Chorley will be?
