For those on the Bolton side of the border you will probably have seen the piece headed ‘Protest group set up to fight Go Ape plan’. It tells it as it is, thanks to Bob, but with one ‘ginormous’ error. Jane Meeks states, and I quote ” we have complied with all rules, regulations and guidelines on this application”. Of course the problem is that no matter what the report details about our claims, the general public reading it are not going to, or indeed are unable to question Jane Meeks claims. So I find the article positive, in the sense that it continues to increase our profile, but disapointing that Ms Meeks has been allowed to utter an untruth and have it printed.
