I went to see him and put all our points to him, he agreed with everything that was said and seemed supportive of our aims.
He agreed that the 1902 Act couldn’t be ignored and stated that only a parliamentary bill could change it.He was concerned has to how the application went to Delegated Powers .Infact he didn’t show any disagreement with anything that was put to him.
He said he would get back to me with his findings.

I notice from his website that he has a surgery on Friday 10th October, 5 – 6pm at Chorley Town Hall. If anyone is in the area they might want to pop in!

I have hand delivered two letters to Lindsay Hoyles home address,contacted his Chorley office twice and sent him two e-mails.And i have not recieved a reply from any,so i urge every-one to contact this MP and maybe then he will take up the challenge.
