Green belt is supposed to get (i say supposed to of course) more protection than conservation area if that's all they get. No buildings are to be erected on green belt unless they are to augment a sports facility and are essntial and small. If Lever Park gets less protection than green belt then we really are in trouble. They should make it an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) Big deal this conservation area business. This states that 'no commercial' activity to to take place in the Park. Why has this Trust been overlooked?
