I have just been on Chorley Borough’s planning website and came accross the following planning application 08/00421/FUL. (dated 24th june/08).
There were NO objections and it went to Full Committee for a decision.
That’s alright untill you read what it was for…….
Proposal……Erection of TENNIS COURT in garden. voted 8:5 in favour
This really does add insult to injury..
